Contact photos in Outlook.com

Hi, I see all my Nokia Lumia contacts in my Outlook.com account, I assume this is a back up(?). How do I get the photos to appear also?

ps I don't have any social accounts (Twitter, Facebook etc . . .).

Is outlook.com the account you are using as your Microsoft account? If so, then that is the account where all your contacts are stored in the cloud.

Well yes I think so. I set up an @live.com account when I got the phone, seems I had to in order to do a few things.

How do I access the cloud?
