My account stopped syncing properly ever since WP8 GDR2 (or at least I think it's that time). Whenever I add a new contact on my phone it won't sync to the cloud (it doesn't appear on people.live.com). When I added a contact online it synced properly. Even if I deleted the contact on the phone it synced to the cloud. But if I add it it won't sync. Anyone knows what's going on?
