contacts showing twice

hello. i updated my lumia 1520 to wp8.1 then after did a reset of the phone (had no issues doing that). after that i put in my MS account again and now my contacts from that account are each showing twice in the contacts list. does anyone know how to fix that?

Nevermind I figured it out. But I did notice I only have the time on the glance screen and no glance option in settings to get notifications to pop up. Did they move it?
