I'll be switching from an iPhone 4. I've been waiting on Windows Phones to be shipped with front facing cameras so it looks like I'll be going with the Titan since I'm on AT&T. Can anyone tell me if you can choose certain contacts that will always go to voicemail when they call like you can in Android? It's not a deal breaker but I'd really like to have this feature. If not is there a call/text blocker of any kind?

No, I haven't see a way to do this with the integrated services. But I've yet to look for an app that might do it.

htc probably thought att would be well on their way to swallowing tmo and didnt plan an HD7 successor. Looks like tmo is going to be left out this time.

All of the sites are saying that the Titan will be an AT&T phone for sure because of the frequencies.
