Context menu delay

Anyone know if there's a way to adjust the Context Menu delay? I'm using WP Toolkit and the delay to trigger the menu is nearly 4 seconds. I'm curious what MS uses for their context menu built into the OS. If you go to your app list, and press and hold on an app, the delay is only about a second. Wish I could do the same with my app
