Copy and paste on bush phones?

How do you do this? It says to click scissors icon at the top but that doesn't appear when you want to copy from another webpage, only your own documents. Its driving me crazy! Please help !

Hi there. So you're trying to copy and paste from a web page, is that right? Could you give us some more information? What operating system is your phone running?

If you're running Windows Phone 7, Windows Phone 8, Windows Phone 8.1, or Windows 10 Mobile, all you need to do is highlight the desired texted -> tap the scissors icon. Then go to the text box you'd like the new text to be pasted into -> tap into the text box so the keyboard comes up -> tap the paste button.
