corrupted windows 8.1 after downgrade from windows 10

please help me
i upgraded my asus t100 to windows 10 and i didnot like it so i tried to get back to windows 8.1 but when i did i found it corrupted as if it lack part of it cannot play music,movies ,open word files, open internet, personalize,change or add languages, and it donot respond to any action
please help how can i fix this:unhappysweat::unhappysweat:
