Cortana age restriction now 18???

Hi there, apparently Microsoft changed the age restriction from 13 to 18.

Can anyone confirm this actually is the case? This honestly is super annoying.

I got curious when I read your post, but for the life of me I cannot find anything about them changing from 13. As far as I can tell there's nothing on their site, nor in their support forums about this. I did find one post about someone who had just turned 13 and Cortana would not unlock for them right away.
