Cortana and workplace

So after updating to W10 and reverting back to WP8.1 Cortana stopped giving me the location based reminders. Appointments. Schedule. Even my workplace wont activate.
Then... On my day off... Once... She told me it was time to leave for work. At the wrong time (7:45am but I work at 4am...)
I know this has been an issue for some, but has anyone figured out why? Or how to fix it? I've Factory reset. Hard reset. Sacrificed a lamb. I'm kidding about the lamb..
Anyone?

Perhaps you should have sacrificed something else? Sorry for the sarcasm, couldn't help it. I rolled back on my 635 in the early days but did not find any issues. I am currently using Win10 on my Lumia 830 but haven't rolled back, so can't be too helpful. Hopefully someone who is facing the same issue will chime in soon. Hang in there.

Well, I decided to factory reset... Again. And I almost restored a previous version. But I stopped. Them for the fun of it, I put a task into my calendar. And guess what? Cortana told me I had to get going! Now if she will just remind me about work so I wont oversleep... Again...
