Cortana android App and Win 10 Syn issues?

My phone just updated to the new version of Cortana and things like my sms message are no longer able to be synced with Cortana on win 10? I go in to the settings of the Cortana app and the messenger app isn't even available to sync. Is there something I'm missing? It was working great up until a few days ago. Thanks!

facebook messenger can be set to sync with Cortana as long as its not set as default sms app :angry:
