Cortana Android Update?

It looks like Cortana just got a major update for Android, at least in UI. It looks fresh and modern.

Why is it WAY better looking then the app for W10? Ive got a Note 5 and L950 and right niw the Android app looks amazi g. Not sure what the features yet. I'll give it a test run.

I recently put Cortana on my Note 5. I'm not impressed. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong? e.g Asking Cortana to make a call. "Cortana call Joe Blow, MOBILE. Cortana always brings up the all the numbers associated with Joe Blow and requires me to choose. I would think "MOBILE" would be clear and Cortana would dial that number. Is this how it works fro everyone?
