I have Lumia 1520 and live in the USA using AT+T. I have been using Cortana since the first developer preview, and now I am using 8.1 Cyan.
However, whenever I use my voice to ask a question or to search for something or what not using cortana she always replies with "Sorry I didn't catch that" So I have to go into my Bing settings and clear the Cortana data and it works again... The Problem is, I have been having to do this at least once a day for the past few days and also on my Wife's Lumia 1020. Any idea as to how to resolve the problem?
