Hello. I'm struggling with an issue that I absolutely can't see Cortana in my Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia 620 with 8.10.14157.200). My region is set to US, language to US English and location service is on. Cortana doesn't show up on the "applications" screen in settings nor at the app drawer. Holding "search" just button brings up the old speech functionality. Also looking for "cortana" in Bing doesn't show anything useful.
