Cortana help please !

I recently bought a Lumia 635 and I for the life of me cannot figure out how to use or even get Cortana.

I've tried the region, language and speech changes but I'm Canadian and shouldn't have to do that.

Amy help would be appreciated

Change everything to USA from keyboard to region to speech to language then check your phone updates you will get updates for downloading language and speech file. Once you download then you will be able to use cortana.

Did all of that, and restarted. Searched for update there wasn't one of any size. Can only fond Cortana settings of I search them through local search and still says not available in my region

It seems when I restarted it reverted my language. I got it now
