Cortana in Lumia 535

I recently bought lumia 535 dual sim.
It doesn't have many functions i.e cortana, infect I have done all steps but didn't get any update of it.
What do I do now?

I've got Cortana in my L535 Dual Sim. Can you tell us what are those steps that you did? It's possible that something was missed.

Check for the Updates in Settings->Phone Updates.
Just restart your phone.Cortana will be there.
To enable cortana,Change the Language setting to 'English-UK/US'
