Cortana issue on build 10536

I installed Windows 10 Mobile 10536 on my Lumia 925. I'm having an issue with Cortana - when I expand the hamburger menu and try to click on any of the notebook settings, they don't do anything. I've reset the phone but the issue persists. Anybody else experiencing this?

Yes I get the same thing. After changing the language and region options I was able to get it to open.

I also reported this issue a few days ago when it was early released to some insiders. I noticed that it will appear clicking won't do anything, but if you tap it twice and wait ~20 seconds, it will eventually open.
