Updated my phone (Lumia 510) to Windows 8.1, and there is no Cortana. Not when I start serach, not when I"m going to Settings->Applications. When I try searching for Cortana ont he phone, it finds Cortana settings, but it tels me that Cortana is not available in my region.
My region is USA, I'm in fact physically in US and I bought the phone here (it's AT&T), language is English, so what is going on?!?
