Cortana not listening in Technical Preview

Hi, since I've installed the Windows 10 Technical Preview and enabled the Hey Cortana feature I hasn't been able to make it work, every time I say hey Cortana my PC doesn't listen and even when I say it louder and nearer to the microphone it takes some time to answer. Is it some problem on the OS or my mic might be broken ?

(P.s. I've already boosted my mic's sensibility to max and it doesn't seems to change anything)

yep, after the day one hotfix, it's not working. "sorry, speech failed to start".
