Cortana not responding

I'm having a problem with Cortana stuck in listening state. She's not translating my voice to text, and not exiting after timeout. This is happening over both Wi-Fi and 4G.

She would execute commands if I type them, though.

Anyone else behind similar issues?

Are you connected to your car or speakers via bluetooth? Windows Phone 8.1.1 has a bluetooth problem which causes this symptom. If this is affecting you, you can disconnect bluetooth and then Cortana should work as normal.

Nope. Bluetooth is disconnected. Soft reset didn't do much either.
