Cortana not there in W10 Mobile build 10536.1004?

[Windows Central Question]

Hello! I installed build 10536.1004 on a Lumia 730 from Windows Phone 8.1 Denim, and I don't see Cortana in my phone as an app. Is this something that everyone is facing or is it just me?

Details:
Nothing happens when I turn on the location and long press the search button.
I am in India and have checked my Region (India), Keyboard (English India), Speech (English India: default) and Language (English India: activated) settings.

Is there anything that can be done to get her back? Thank you very much! : )

Same here with me and I don't find complains in the internet about this. I'm starting thinking the problem is the country where I live (Brazil). I checked all settings (region, language etc.) and everything is right. Please, some help . Region: US, Keyboard: English US; Speech (There's nothing in there, when I tap to add a language, nothing appears); Language: US.

Yes. That didn't work. I also entered in the hamburger menu (after opening the search) and there appears Cortana isn't supported in the region and language I've selected.

Do you mean Speech in TIME & LANGUAGE settings menu? If yes, when I tap in the button "Add a language" in the Speech menu, it opens a menu called ADD A LANGUAGE but nothing appears there.

Finally get an solution (some tips from different sources hehe). I downgraded to Windows 8.1 and set all things there (languages, region, speech, keyboards, Windows Insider app) and doing it with Windows 8.1 Cortana came to the stage . Only after all of this I upgraded to Windows 10.
