Cortana not working from taskbar Icon each time I click on it, How do I fix it?

Cortana not working from taskbar Icon Each time I click on it, Howdo I fix it

Whit mouse over Icon on taskbar I see Ask Me Anything, When I Click on it to open it nothing happens, In setting everything is set to US or English, can't find open when I right click on it just option to show as Icon or search box How do we get it to work?

Same problem here. I'm finding so many bugs, has me worried.

and the "ask me anything" white box that's supposed to appear flashes off and on.
