Cortana not working

Hi,

I did a reset your phone a few days ago because using the camera was causing my 950 to crash.

Everything was okay for a couple days but then Cortana voice recognition stopped working (and Cortana seems to crash a lot too). In addition if I click the little microphone icon for speech to text, it beeps twice and says try again.

I've tested voice recognition D speech to text both with and without a corded headset. I've also talked to people on normal phone mode, speaker phone, and on my corded headset and they can all hear me fine.

Try a soft reset.
