So I've switched to a BlackPhone 2 (I broke my 950XL and it wasn't insured). On the one hand this is great as the Arrow launcher works a treat, there are apps for everything and Silent Circle do a fine job in preventing Google from utterly destroying my privacy. Also, Win10M has this infuriating bug for me where it suddenly decides a wifi hotspot - any one, seemingly at random and without warning, even my Home connection! - you're connected to is "no internet access" and refuses to change its mind without a full reboot. It also doesn't inform you, so suddenly you're paying for data where it should be free. That gets as expensive as it is horrible and at least Android doesn't do that.
Mostly, I'm fine. All the apps are there, battery life is acceptable (once I killed MS's Next Lockscreen, that is), I could live with this.
However, I refuse to touch Google Now and I know Cortana is available. Except that here in the UK, the Play store tells me its not available for download.
Is there any way around this?
