Cortana & Quiet Hours

I know it's a silly question but i'm curios about this quiet hour features and i want to use it too i couldnt find it on my own.So this features only works in Cortana ? if its not could you guys show me the way to use it.İf it's really work only with Cortana its a shame for MS because the only US can use the Cortana but nothing for the rest of the world ? İt seems the MS thinks we bought this phones for free.such a shame.

Consider this: Cortana is still beta and has been open to the public for 24 hours. It appears quiet hours are tied to Cortana right now, so having to wait is just part of the situation. This was a huge update. Not everything will be perfect or working perfectly yet.

Cortana is definitely beta she is not knowledge based unlike Google now.every time I ask questions she takes me to Bing search
