Cortana Respite

Am I the only one who wishes Cortana would just take a powder for a while. 80% of the time Cortana shows up, I don't want her.

Shows up? reminders? She is there when I need it for reminders that I have set or when to need to leave work or when I call hey...other than that I actually feel the opposite...I would actually want more. Although I am sure you can adjust your interests / places and just tone it down a little if preferred. Or go all out and disable location.....

Admittedly, I have not used W10 Cortana. But I do enjoy it handling all my text messages when I drive with my 8.1 phone. (Both reading and replying)

That said, I do get tired of Cortana constantly be called upon to check the weather in all the demos.
