Cortana responds to Cortana TV ad

While watching television, when the TV ad for Cortana plays and says " Hey, Cortana," and then asks a question, if I have my Surface on, Cortana "hears" the request from the ad and responds.:grin:

It happens a few times every night. It's actually quite a kick and makes me chuckle.

Does this happen to anyone else?
