Cortana suggestions stopped working in my region in latest FR build for W10M

Hello all! As the title suggests, everytime I launch Cortana on my 950, she keeps showing "Suggestions not available in your region right now" after I updated to the latest Fast Ring build (14955). Was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

More info: I'm from Malaysia, and obviously I set the region settings of my 950 to Malaysia. However, the suggestions, and most other Cortana functions works just fine before, even when I set it to my country's region. This problem only started after the latest FR update.

I wonder if this has something to do with the language packs bug that Microsoft mentioned in the known issues of the current FR build? :/

Same here, hard reset fixed the issue on my Lumia 950

make sure you upvote this bug on the feedback app, currently hard reset is the only solution to this.

I know that this is a very very late reply, but may I know if the problem still continued when you updated to the next Fast Ring builds after you hard reset your phone?
