Cortana Texting For Me

I finally found how to have nicknames for people in my contacts and have Cortanna know who it is I'm talking about. I can say call my brother and she knows exactly what person I want. Keep in mind I'm new to Cortana, but in case there are any others like me you will be pretty happy to know how to do it.

1. Go to the profile listing of the person you want to give a nickname to.
2. Hit the Edit button.
3. Tap the "+" symbol near there name.
4. At the bottom hit "add Cortana nicknames

You can have 3 different nicknames per contact profile.

During a text how do we get Cortana to insert "?", "!", or Smilies through voice commands? Is this possible?

I know Win10 has the voice dictation with punctuation. Dont think 8.1 does that
