Cortana won't play specific artist on 950XL

Has anyone run into issue where Cortana won't play a specific song or artist in Windows 10 mobile? I just got a 950XL. I downloaded my music library to the SD card. All of my music shows up in Groove. If I have a song paused and say "Play my music", it will resume playing. But if I say "Play Rolling Stones" it will do a Bing search. I researched the forums and found an old entry from 8.1. But I would like to see if there is some configuration I need to set for Cortana to search my music library.

I've seen this issue. There are times when Cortana doesnt play as requested.
