Cortana cannot connect to any map app waze or Google through voice search on my note 10. I have to use the Bing app

Have you tried Bixby or Google Assistant instead of Cortana? I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+, but I don't use Cortana. Bixby and Google Assistant both work for me.
