Yes there is a version entitled Couch to 5K in 14 days, there are also several other running programs in the Health app

Yes, it's there. But the guided workout runs don't use GPS. It's bizarre. So you'll get the interval timers, calorie tracker, heart-rate track for the program but it won't track with GPS. The Running tile does track with GPS, but you can't add any guided workout programs, so you're basically setting your own pace.

they really need to add the ability to use GPS on guided workout running programs.

Download the free MS Health app on your phone and you can see all the workouts they have.

Here's what week 1 includes. you can further click into each line and see what the workout involves.

I am planning to run a 5K in a couple weeks. I just completed a half marathon at the end of April, but have had to limit my running since then to allow my knee to recover. My running fitness level is much more advanced than "couch" level, but I figured this would be a good way to ease back into training for the upcoming run.

I just wanted to see if anyone else had commented on the lack of GPS while using the guided workouts, and I agree with JGtz. I also would prefer if the Band could keep collecting data past the end of the guided session of the workout. I was on a 1.5 mile course at a local park and had barely passed 2 miles by the end of my first interval run last night. In order to track the remainder of my second lap, I had to back out and enter the Run tile. It would have been nice if one Band activity could have tracked my entire workout session.
