Could I still update an Icon to 15063.2?

My Lumia Icon's battery is dying. Other than battery life, I'm very satisfied for now with build 15063.2 (ver. 1703). If I could replace it with another (used) Icon, would MS let me update it to the same build?

Hi, as long as one of the Insider rings is pointing to build 15063.2 then you should be able to get it.
However the fast ring has moved on to a different set of builds, which the Icon isn't eligible for, so possibly the slow ring may still receive it but you would need to be quick.
You possibly would need to go down the hacking route that people use for unsupported phones.
There are posts on Windows Central regarding it, I haven't tried it myself but you should be able to search for it.

It looks like the slow ring still points to build 15063.2, so if you are going to replace your Icon then you would need to be quick, as this will likely change to point to 15205 in the next week or so.
