On AT&T's website under upgrade eligibility, for my phone it says that the contract ends on May 2, 2016. But under that, it reads "Eligible to upgrade with 2 year on: Dec 03, 2015." If I were to upgrade to a new phone on December 3rd would I have to pay a fee since my contract is not completed yet? And would I get the normal full discount on phones if I upgrade early?
