CPU is used so much by system

What device are you using?

How many apps start up at boot?
You can disable some of these if there are a lot.

For it to be using 70+ all the time, something must be eating your system resources.

Ok so I was thinking of the wrong device when I said to disable startup apps.

It turns out that the 77% of "System Idle Process" means it's idle, and it's the percentage of what is NOT being used.

I'm not sure what else would be slowing down your device, but is there anything else on the list that takes a chunk of CPU Usage?

Do you have any apps that constantly run in the background hat may be eating some system resources?

I would doubt it, but would you try uninstalling Facebook for a little and try to see if that's the culprit?

lumia 640 is not the best performer for games. Best you can do is try to see if game has settings to lower quality. Hold the back button and close all other processes when going into a game. You could also disable all background processes and notifications.

Alternatively go into airplane mode.
