to exchange the glass, did the same procedure as S3 or S4? needed the glue gel on the lcd?

you could do that as well. but you most likely should use a LOCA (Liquid Optically-Clear Adhesive). As the frame adhesive is not available anymore.

Unfortunately my AMOLED cracked on my phone, so I needa replace the whole assembly

I'd be more inclined to get a bricked ATIV S and swap the logic boards over. Much less faff than replacing the screen.

I cracked my screen argh.... Could I buy a ATT Ativ S Neo (SGH-I187XBAATT) to replace a Sprint S Neo (SPH-I800HNASPR)? Also, does anyone know of a good step-by-step guide or video that could me through it? Thanks everyone.
