Cracked Screen

My friend just recently cracked her screen on her Lumia 900. It's only a couple months old so I'm wondering the cheapest way for her to possibly get a replacement screen, whether to do it yourself or go through the system. She's on At&t and doesn't currently pay for insurance.

Any help would be great.

Get a screen off of Ebay, check YouTube for videos on how to replace
