Crackling 830 ear speaker?

Everything above 5/10 sounds crackling -- is that normal?

Could it have to do with phone connections, hardware- or even software-related?

How's the clarity of your 830 ear speaker?

Mine's perfectly clear... except low-volume even at 10/10. Loud speaker, however, incredibly loud.

I have those big headphones and the sound is amazing! Haven't tried the small ones. But I advise you to test the sound on those big that play good bass.

The earpiece on my 830 is clear at 10/10, the backspeaker can get a little distorted at volumes above 25/30 but it depends on source.

its problem with you particular unit, mine had the same problem but I got it replaced and new one is perfect.
