crash when syncing with new windows phone app

hi all,
ive just tried syncing my itunes playlists after downloading the new windows phone desktop app, but everytime i try to sync the app crashes, has anyone else had this problem using the updated desktop app?

I just updated the app this morning, havent actually synced yet. Let me see if it works...

Edit: yep, synced fine.
Edit 2: Just realised you didnt say anything about OS. I assumed OSX because of itunes, but I could be wrong. So if youre on a pc just ignore my post.

Mines has been crashing too, does anyone have any idea what's wrong? I'm running Windows 7.

Yep, Win7 here as well, crashes every time I try to sync my videos.

Probably a tad late, but I found forgetting my phone and then resyncing it worked.

I think you have to have the latest .Net frameworks installed for it to work. I had the same issue when I first installed it and that cleared it right up.

I'm sure I read what version and where in the installation documentation somewhere.
