Creating a duplicate for every photo that I click

Whenever I snap a photo with my camera on windows phone 8 Nokia Lumia 720, It is creating a duplicate copy of the photo in the same folder. If I try to delete one of them, it says # of photos could not be deleted, but it deletes both the original and the duplicate.

Did anyone face this problem! Please help/suggest.

Nokia 720 is full of bugs dude. Mine one clicks photos with too much noise and makes pictures become blackish near to the center after being saved.
