...this last also takes you to a website, with links to the kb articles on each of the builds mentioned right at the top of this thread.

BUT it also says that the builds "will be downloaded and installed automatically from Windows Update". Well... I beg to differ. It goes on to say that you can go to the Update Catalog website to download the standalone installer, which is pretty much exactly what I was looking for in the first place

• Addressed issue where NTLM fails to generate a challenge response when CredGuard is enabled, NTLMv2 is used, and no target information is provided by the server.
• Addressed issue where Internet Explorer does not respect the “Send all sites not included in the Enterprise Mode Site List to Microsoft Edge” policy when opening favorites.
• Addressed issue in Internet Explorer 11 where a non-administrator user is not able to install an ActiveX control.

Anyone else experiencing a weird issue where the command prompt keeps appearing and disappearing every once in a while since the May 25th update? There's nothing in task scheduler and event viewer doesn't seem to correlate time to anything. Only event that could be close is Audit Security login. When I'm playing games it will minimize the screen and I have to maximize again. Happens many times a day.

Create another user account with exactly the same privileges.
Logon to the new account. Is the same issue persisting ?
If you have no issue with the new account, then I'd say your old account is corrupted.

My WiFi randomly connects when I boot up, it will always connect but I have to manually select my network and click connect, even though the "automatically connect" box is selected.

Anyone with that issue?

If you have no issue with the new account, then I'd say your old account is corrupted.

Not sure how a corruption could trigger some sort of application to run in the background. I haven't actually been experiencing it for a bit like it stopped *knock on wood*. My guess is post install of cumulative update there could have been some telemetry gathering for my specific configuration or who knows. Will have to keep an eye.

I noticed this on my computer today. I've only seen it the one time and it was a very fast flash of the command prompt. So, I don't think it's just your machine. I'll keep a look out for it.

Did I miss something with the Creators Update changelog because I now get text messages on my SP3 as they come to my Lumia 950. This isn't through Skype either. Is this part of the "hand-off" feature or something? I thought they had killed messaging on the desktop other than through Skype.

No, it went away. I wouldn't see that as a user account issue though. I do have other accounts I could have tested. A local one rather than my MS account. A corrupted account would likely present more issues than a background task running. It's quite rare for an account to become corrupted. MS troubleshooting catches it as well.

MS has so many different things in the task scheduler that going through all of them would be a pain. I'm sure there are some filters I could setup. There's also viewing running tasks which I could have left showing and refreshing.

I simply wanted to know if others were also affected by this after the update.And it appears as though someone else was too.

Anyone know how long it will be before MS releases Windows 10 Creators Update to everyone? Its June and I still have not had the update download to my computer. Thia has to be the slowest update cycle ever.

Why not doing a manual install of Creators Update ?

• Addressed an issue introduced by KB4022725 where Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge printing from a frame may result in 404 not found or blank page printed.
• Addressed issue where network printers may fail to install when using the printer vendor’s setup software on machines with less than 4 GB of RAM. These printers will install properly if you install using the Settings app or from Devices and Printers in Control Panel.
