i just recieved the update on my Lumia 950XL (non-insider). i am from Pakistan but region is set to US. downloading now.

I'm UK Vodafone - switch to US and there we go.... 40% battery required.. I had been hoping to keep it at 100% for the reset to be honest.
I've got US and UK languages downloaded so that I can interchange the "swype" so that shouldn't be a barrier..

the update was a language update (10.0.14393.1066) which I never received - I'll be patient and keep switching regions
