Microsoft releases Windows 10 build 14393.67 for PC and phone Insiders | Windows Central

This build and version is now on every Insider Ring (except Production which is really withdrawing from Insider).

Issues? Bugs? Solutions? For all things Windows 10 version 10.0.14393.67, discuss it all here.

[TIP]Basic tip

If you're having any issues with your device, try a reset.

Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Reset this PC > This provides you with two options: 1. keep my files and 2. remove everything[/TIP]

[TIP]Keep my files

Does just as its name describes. If you choose the setting you can reinstall Windows 10 without having to back up any of the pictures, videos, music and documents that you have stored on it. You absolutely should back up these things just in case, but you shouldn?t need to use that back up. Keep My Files requires a certain amount of free space on your device. As such, it may be unavailable to you if your device is stuffed with a lot of files. If you get an error message asking for more storage when you choose this option you?ll need to back up your files and choose the remove everything option. You could also delete any files that you aren?t using on your device and try the option again. This option will take longer than the other options.[/TIP]

[TIP]Remove Everything

Deletes every file, every setting from your device and gives you a blank copy of Windows 10 to work with. You?ll need to add any files you have backed up to your device again [/TIP]

Re: Cumulative Update: build 14393.67 Discussion (Redstone Branch; Fast, Slow & Release Rings)

Problem on all builds so far with 14393: Audio fails to work on Surface Book randomly every few boots. Horrible bug to deal with.

Re: Cumulative Update build 14393.82 Discussion (Redstone 1; Slow & Release Rings)

Slow and Release Rings have bumped up to 14393.82... And there are two versions.

Microsoft has just re-released a cumulative update that dropped two days ago with an additional fix that mends a problem with download sizes. According to Senior Program Manager Brandon LeBlanc, those who installed the cumulative update when it was originally released will not get this fix.

Check your Updates. There is a surprise Cumulative Update rolling out for Release Ring...

[A] new update, for both Release Preview and production versions of Windows 10, has the support number KB3176936, and according to Microsoft's change log, "this update makes stability improvements for the Windows 10 Version 1607 servicing stack."

Okay, they only work for local wallpapers, the spotlight images don't work - just a single colour background :sweaty:

Major breakage in network security if you're on a Windows Server domain. Can no longer access SYSVOL which means no editing or propagation of group policy. Saved credentials no longer work for Remote Desktop.

Uninstalling the update won't fix it. Only workaround I have found is to mount 14393 ISO, run setup, and choose to keep everything (in-place upgrade).

Fixed in 14393.105, just don't install 14393.103.

Spotlight images still don't work - don't have a way of getting them to work
New development: feedback hub will not sign in. I open the app and it tells me to sign in; I click on sign in but nothing happens, it just sits there doing nothing.
Wifi random;ly develops a problem and I have to disale and enable the drivers
