Cumulative update KB3081438 keeps failing

I pretty much gave up trying to install this thing after 3 days of trying. Keeps trying to install and fails. Anyone else have this problem and find a fix?

search for troubleshooter and click on try to fix Windows update.
if that doesn't work, what I do it's go to taskmanager and on services, right click and stop wuauserv then when windows update is stopped I delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore

restart my computer or run the troubleshooter again, and search for updates again. if it fails it might be something different, you might want to run sfc /scannow on CMD if you want to see if there are some weird files
