Were you able to get a refund? If you get another one, try find one preferably brand new, some sell for about 300 bucks.

Yep, got approval for a refund, so got to post it back.

Having a little play around with it though, it feels like a nice device, larger than I would have liked though (L920 is about as big a phone as I'd want) but the larger screen is welcome. I just don't want to deal with the preinstalled crapware, and the AT&T versions also have different frequency bands and doesn't support all the ones available here.

I much prefer the capacitive buttons though, on display ones are not really great, they also felt a bit sluggish in comparison. OS in general felt ok, and while some features I like are gone (hover glance...)

Decided that, if I can find the right phone, then I'll get it, otherwise, if there's bad news or no news at build, I'm just going to go with android.

My FB messenger app only died today, and yea, the browser, while works, it sucks. It'll keep me out of the dark, but that's it.

Bah, been bidding on a few L950's and the price on ebay is going up here for proper Australian variants. Close to $400 for a second hand one. Doesn't look like I'll be getting one in a hurry.
