Custom Firmware Lumia 928

Recently found out there no sort of fix due to Verizons limititions by bringing the phone to an different carrier. I'm currently using it on AT&T, everything works perfectly fine expect receieving pictures. I've heard it was due to Verizons firmware, am I able to flash a custom firmware such as AT&T's 1020\925\920?

If you create a new APN in Access Point with the proper settings and apply it you should be able to get picture messaging working. My 928 worked on both T-Mobile and ATT. Once you do that you lose the ability to use the LTE band until a hard reset of the phone FYI

By any chance can you PM the proper APN settings for AT&T?

Use the same APN settings that the preconfigured Access Point APN Name uses. When you use the preconfigured one, it doesn't seem to activate properly, but if you create your own APN and activate it, it works

Nothing's working. I've tried all 3.
