Custom Windows 8.1 Start Screen Image

Is there a way to have a custom image on the start screen for Windows 8.1 that is different to the one that is used on the desktop. I ask this because I like some of the geometry based images (such as in the main picture in this article... Students can buy the Surface Pro 3 for as little as $650 | Windows Phone Central ) but still want to keep my desktop image.
