Custome start menu tiles?

I'd love to find an easy way to change my start menu tiles to pictures, or change their icons. Or make them transparent.

IDK, they need some spruce. Ideally some kind of app that lets you set whatever picture or icon you like at least.

I'm currently using Classic Shell, I haven't tried tinkering with it's advanced options but you may be able to achieve what you want with it...
