Cyan update stuck on Lumia 920

[WPCentral Question]

I have a Lumia 920 with AT&T. I got an update available message and accepted. My phone restarted and went into the spinning gears screen. However the progress bar didn't move in 1 hour so I restarted the phone (volume + power). It just went back into the spinning gears screen and the progress bar hasn't moved in 30 minutes. How long is this update supposed to take?
