Looks like build has produced one disappointing fact.........cortana isn't going to be released globally. I don't get it.....the US isn't even windows phones biggest market so why make it only available in a country where wp is least popular?

Well, shouldn't it work just by changing our region to usa? or in worst case escenario, wp 8.1 now supports vpns, so we just would need to use a free one.
