Data usage by app not shown

Hi there! I am running the latest production build on my Lumia 640XL DS and I only have a limited data plan (500MB/30 days). Whenever I set the limit and then open detailed data usage by app it doesn't show me anything (for Wifi it seems to work fine). So I just can see the total amount of data used but not what each app uses. :eck:

I have been searching on the forum but I only could find older posts (over a year ago). Is this a bug that still isn't fixed? Or might it be a problem with the carrier? Does it happen to anyone else?

thats how it is, data sense has never worked reliably on w10m, its buggy and thats it

btw I use the same plan 500mb/30d orange-claro, now I just check on their websites or wait for their sms telling me I have used half or 80% etc
